Calcite Included with Boulangerite
|
Collection |
Robert Lavinsky |
Description |
This large and wonderfully suggestive specimen is composed of two connected spheres of intergrown Calcite crystals heavily included by Boulangerite. The Calcite crystals individually reach 1 cm across and have been colored black by the Boulangerite inclusions. The color and shape is remarkably even, all the way around, and the piece is in fact a floater. |
