Heavy mass of black Magnesiochromite with gray coating on the surfaces. Ex Jeff Weissman collection #2661. The original label states the mineral as Chromite, but Weissman labeled the specimen as Magnesiochromite (he worked at Excalibur Mineral Corp. and presumably tested the composition). |
