Description |
This specimen features a Scheelite with superb color, a bright fiery orange. It measures 3.5 cm across, and 3 cm on most edges. It is lustrous - so many have a matte or dull surface, or weak color, but this one is both glassy and intensely colored. The crystal is complete-all-around and 3-dimensional, without damage. Recent mining is simply not producing this quality, which came out in the late 1990s. Ex. Dr. Steve Smale Collection. |
